Tbilisi City Court has fully satisfied our claim against the LEPL State Services Development Agency with a request for a study residence permit. The court fully shared our requests and ruled that it is inadmissible to restrict a person's right to be legally present on the territory of Georgia and to receive an education without a thorough investigation of the unjustified reasons and circumstances. The decision has already entered into force and with the support of MALC lawyers the plaintiff was given the right to study in Georgia and receive higher education.
